Work

Three case studies.

Outcomes only. No founder photos. No team page energy. The work, the constraint, the number that moved.

Bayan Logistics

B2B · UAE · Website

A freight forwarder with twelve years of customer relationships and a website that reflected none of them. The contact form converted at 2.1 percent, and sales spent most of the first call requalifying leads who had misread what the company actually did.

We rebuilt the site around the three service lines that generated 80 percent of revenue, anchored each page in a real shipment story instead of stock photography, and added a routing form that surfaces the right account manager based on origin and destination. Twelve weeks after launch, conversion sits at 7.3 percent and the qualifier work has mostly disappeared from the first call.

Sartoria Lombardi

Atelier · IT · Website + bookings

A bespoke atelier from a four-generation tradition, taking fitting appointments by WhatsApp and losing track of half of them. Q1 of the previous year closed at €84k, almost entirely recurring clients; new inquiries leaked out between the first message and the calendar.

We built a site that lets the work speak: long-form garment stories, slow-loaded fabric details, no carousels. The booking flow ties to a fitting calendar the workshop actually checks. Q1 closed at €280k. Sixty percent of it came from clients who arrived through the site and had never met the master tailor in person before the first fitting.

Falcon Wholesale

Retail · UAE · Internal app

A wholesale operator running the business on three spreadsheets and one stressed warehouse manager. Daily stock reconciliation took two and a half hours and nobody trusted the numbers anymore; reorders went out late, suppliers noticed, terms tightened.

We built an internal app that reads from the existing POS in near real time, flags slow movers before they tie up shelf space, and produces a one-page reorder sheet the manager signs off in fifteen minutes. The work that used to cost 12 hours a week now costs around two. In the first month, the new visibility surfaced a €40k margin leak on a SKU nobody had time to look at.
